What the frequency numbers tell you

Hz is a frequency unit. These ranges are useful for comparing the records, but they are not spawn odds, a timer or an item's selling price. Several bands overlap: Redcap and Toastbud, for example, share part of their reported range. A number in that overlap cannot identify the species on its own.

During play, use the creature name and your in-game Index to identify a catch. Treat a difference between your screen and this table as something to recheck, not as a reason to discard the catch.

For the actual catch sequence, follow the catching steps. For equipment, open the instrument reference.

How should you check a Scroom’s value?

Use the sale quote for the catch you are actually holding. A price in someone else's screenshot is not enough to set a universal value for every catch of that species.

The reported selling walkthrough distinguishes selling the held Scroom from selling the whole inventory, with a quote before confirmation. Check which action you selected, especially if you want to keep part of your collection.

This reference does not assign fixed sell values or player trading prices. To track earnings, enter the Chimes you actually received in the session calculator.

About this reference

The five entries are a deliberately limited starting set. No catch probabilities, complete creature count or tested optimal instrument is claimed. A frequency mismatch can reflect a source error or a changed game build; it needs evidence before correction.
